This vector giraffe looks lovely on the bright yellow t-shirt by Matthew I. Aldous and the added surprise element of the animal having wheels, increases both the fun and the surreality factor!
An upbeat design from an artist that uses simple animal forms to great effect.

A gentleman from Denmark

There is no limit to people's surreal creativity. Look at this eye-popping fridge magnet picturing a Great Dane. It's pure pop madness -of the dog loving, sartorially inspired, kind! I absolutely need this for my fridge and I know where to get it: Ada Birk's Doggenhaus, the shop where dog designs fraternize with vibrant colors.

A hill that is a head

Intense colors and liquid forms are characteristic of the work of Talisbird, an alternative digital artist from Tasmania. The kaleidoscopic surreality of his Cock flies hill design is astonishing. Elements of fractal art conspire to tell a fascinating story and show a talent that goes beyond what you might expect when you hear the term "fractal art". I like the head-thing that looks at the determined rooster in this poster.
Another favorite is the Elephant Game, an intriguing and artful collage of images that give a sense of Africa and game-hunting-in an unusual and exciting lime t-shirt.
Talisbird's website showcases more of the artist's talents (including poetry and prose).

An eye for an eyefish

A fish with an eye instead of a face (if "face" is what fishes usually have...). The artist, M_Cavet, declares that it is nourished by eye-candy! For those of you who appreciate some aquatic surreality swiming in front of your torso. It's not everyday that you find a design weirder than this -and well executed, too. Guaranteed to get you lots of eyeballs.

Tiki feelgood

Want pagan but not the usual stuff? Want it with a twist? Well, here's the deal: what about an ancient Polynesian carving of sacred significance on your shirt? Cover your torso with this fine pop-art, orange on brown, tiki face, right from Spikemandesigns. Yes, there are more colors and styles to choose from but, in my not so humble opinion, this is the absolute best.
And, in case you thought I forgot the surreal part of it all, check this out:
